1. Agreement to Terms

• Jurisdiction: You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal. While 77phq primarily serves Filipino players, it is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with the laws of your place of residence.
• Single Account: You may maintain only one active account with 77phq. Multiple accounts registered under the same name, address, payment method, IP address, or device are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
• Financial Means: You must have sufficient financial means to participate in real-money gaming without causing financial hardship to yourself or your dependents. We encourage responsible gambling and provide tools for deposit limits and self-exclusion.

3. Account Registration and Security

Failure to provide requested documents within 30 days may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals until verification is completed.

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100, while maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account level. Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly for e-wallet transactions and within 5-30 minutes for bank transfers. All deposits are final and non-refundable except in cases of technical error or duplicate transactions.

You must only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be returned to the sender, minus applicable transaction fees. We reserve the right to conduct additional verification checks on deposits exceeding ₱50,000 in a single transaction or ₱200,000 in a 30-day period.

5. Withdrawals and Processing

Players may request withdrawals through their registered and verified payment methods. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500, and the maximum single withdrawal is ₱500,000, with higher limits available for VIP account holders. All withdrawal requests are subject to identity and payment method verification.

Withdrawal processing times vary by method: e-wallet withdrawals (GCash, Maya) are typically processed within 1-4 hours during business hours, while bank transfers may take 1-3 business days. First-time withdrawals require KYC verification and may take longer to process.

All withdrawals are subject to wagering requirements for any active bonuses. Players must complete the required turnover before withdrawal requests will be approved. Wagering requirements specify the number of times you must wager bonus funds before they can be withdrawn. For example, a ₱1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means you must place ₱30,000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal. Different games contribute differently to wagering requirements: slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino games may contribute 10-20%.

Bonus abuse, including creating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, colluding with other players, or placing low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements, is strictly prohibited and will result in bonus forfeiture, winnings confiscation, and account closure.

9. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, fund confiscation, and potential legal action:

• Using automated software, bots, or third-party tools to place bets or manipulate games
• Engaging in fraudulent chargebacks or payment reversals
• Exploiting software bugs or technical vulnerabilities for financial gain
• Creating multiple accounts or allowing others to use your account
• Engaging in abusive or threatening behavior toward staff or other players
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to access source code of Platform software

We employ sophisticated fraud detection systems and regularly monitor account activity for suspicious patterns. Accounts found engaging in prohibited activities will be permanently closed, and we reserve the right to report illegal activities to relevant Philippine authorities.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, trademarks, logos, graphics, software, and other intellectual property displayed on the 77phq Platform are owned by or licensed to the Company and are protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. The 77phq name, logo, and all related marks are registered trademarks of the Company.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without our express written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, 77phq and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to losses from technical failures, interrupted service, data loss, or unauthorized account access.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform and are not responsible for losses resulting from technical issues beyond our reasonable control, including internet connectivity problems, server outages, or third-party payment processor failures.

Our maximum liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount of deposits you made in the 90 days preceding the claim, or ₱10,000, whichever is lower.

12. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms and all disputes arising from or relating to your use of the Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

In the event of a dispute, you agree to first contact our customer support team at [email protected] to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, you agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration under the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI) in Metro Manila, Philippines.

You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against 77phq. All claims must be brought individually.

13. Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Material changes will be communicated via email to your registered address and by prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent update will be displayed at the top of this page. If you do not agree to any changes, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.

14. Account Closure and Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be paid to your registered payment method within 5-10 business days. Account closure does not absolve you of any outstanding obligations or liabilities.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, breach of platform rules, suspected fraudulent activity, non-compliance with KYC requirements, or other reasonable cause. In case of termination due to your breach, remaining funds may be forfeited or donated to responsible gambling organizations.
